What Happens When Your Opponent Plays for a Draw from Move One... by GM Eugene Perelshteyn
We all have faced opponents who just like to trade pieces and make a draw. Watch and learn how to use it to your advantage! Remember that with every trade your opponent may give you a concession. In this example, GM Perelshteyn shows how a good bishop can outplay a knight in a seemingly equal position. Learn the powerful endgame techniques along the way!
I use to watch these videos while having breakfast.
"If the king goes to e2, he is busted. And if the king
goes to d2 -- guess what? -- he is also busted!" Very
enjoyable start of the day! :)
From a chess perspective, it is really an interesting
game (because of the demonstration of superior
technique by Black). The author does not ramble but
explains some (selected) crucial points very nicely.
